The Club operates two main lotteries, the
Weekly Number Draw
that is entry by ticket,
and the
200 Club
that is run by annual subscription.
Both contribute to the sporting and social amenities that the Club provides, and your support for these lotteries is greatly appreciated.

The Weekly Number Draw
|
|
The Weekly Number Draw takes place each Saturday evening at the Club between 9:00pm and 11:00pm. Tickets are available at the Club, and completed tickets should be returned to the Bar Staff at £1 per entry.

|
The Northern Club Weekly Numbers Draw is a fund raising initiative with two
main aims:

To provide an affordable fun game for all (over 16!) with a Jackpot
prize that is WORTH WINNING!
-
To raise funds for investment in junior Sports Development for our
younger Club members.

|
|
|
Any funds raised from 'the game' will be invested in a variety of ways to
help support the provision of high quality coaching and coaching aids for
Junior Cricket, Hockey, Squash and Bowls members. Here are just a few of
the ways we intend to invest any game proceeds:

Running Coaching courses in all sports to improve the quality and number
of coaches available at The Northern Club
Junior equipment, team kits and coaching aids

Running Coaching Camps during school holidays, which will be opened up
to non members as well, further strengthening our Community sports ties
Investment in audio visual equipment to provide personalised video
feedback for advanced coaching courses

Organising junior team competitions both 'inhouse' and with other Clubs
and Schools in the local area.

Some of the above are well underway, others need additional funding and a
lot of volunteer goodwill and time to make them happen. In these days of
ever increasing operational costs, fund raising initiatives such as this,
are an essential part of funding our Clubs' Sporting progress and
particularly helping us to deliver our overriding strategic aim of
'growing our own' high quality sports players of the future.

The 200 Club
|
|
The 200 Club has now been in existence for well over 20 years. There is an annual subscription of £96 per number, which includes entry to each monthly draw, plus an invitation to the annual Grand Draw social event when a top prize of £5000 and eight other cash prizes up to £1000 are decided.
