Northern holds England Hockey Clubs 1st accreditation status, the first club on Merseyside and the 15th in the country to achieve this status.

Our facilities are among the finest in the Merseyside and Lancashire regions, with our own hockey Astroturf,
and a salubrious Club House for post match analysis.
Both are located within our club grounds at Crosby,
in the Sefton area of Merseyside, to the north of Liverpool
on the coastal strip to Formby and Southport.

Northern caters for hockey at all levels for all ages.
The hockey section fields eleven teams, three men's and two ladies',
with the Men's First XI promoted in season 2006-7 to Division 2 West of the the North Hockey League,
and the Ladies First XI in the North West Feeder League.
In addition there are Badgers and Beavers teams, integrating under 16 and under 14 youngsters into the adult game,
plus girls' under 15 and 13 teams, and boys' and girls' under 11 teams, each playing league hockey.
The Club, which offers a mix of multi-sports, leisure and lively social events, always welcomes new members.
We provide junior hockey coaching for youngsters on Sundays at 10.30am, while Senior players train weekday evenings.
