Junior Coaching Sessions 2009 ... Cricket for Kids
During the school summer term the section runs junior coaching sessions,
which are held on Friday nights from 5.45pm to 7.45pm.
We aim to provide kids with a fun introduction to cricket.
Sessions in 2009 recommence on Friday 1st.May 2009 with registration at 5.30pm.
Our team of coaches will provide facilities, equipment and guidance.

Boys and girls are welcome, whether beginners or not. Age range is 8 to 11 years inclusive (school years 3 to 6).
|
|
|
|
We aim to provide 10 sessions on successive Fridays (except Awards week, see below), weather permitting.
The only other factors that may prevent this are club functions or 1st.XI cup fixtures,
in which case we will advise the week before that a session has been cancelled.
In the event of poor weather on the Friday, please ring the club on 924-1594 between 5:00pm and 5:45pm for an update on prospects for that evening.

We welcome members and non-members. The cost to all is £40 for the summer, payable on the first visit.
Cheques payable to Northern Club please. The fee is the same, no matter how many or few evenings are attended.

We hope that parents and children enjoy your visit to the Northern, although we would request that,
on completion of the session, non-members leave the grounds promptly. If you are interested in becoming a member,
please ask a member of the club or bar staff during your visit.
