Junior Coaching.
Bowls coaching for juniors at Northern,
under the guidance of qualified BCGBA coaches,
begins with entry-level coaching for the complete beginner,
and continues for older or more established junior players.

Northern operates its School of Excellence, backed by the British Crown Green Bowling Association,
for any juniors between the ages of 9 and 16 interested in playing crown green bowls.
|
|
We welcome everybody at any playing standard -
beginners, who will be offered introductory sessions to the sport,
through to more advanced youngsters who have played before.
|
|
|

|
The School of Excellence is open on Saturdays mornings between 10.30am and 12.00am throughout the bowling season.
|
|
The sessions are run by volunteer members who have been CRB cleared, trained
and certified by the British Crown Green Bowling Association as qualified instructors.
The Northern Bowls Section holds “Active Club Award” accreditation, through Sefton Sports Council,
as a safe and child friendly bowling club.
